Clarification: What CZ Play Is — and Isn't
CZ Play provides OTT middleware, white label applications, billing and related software and infrastructure solutions that are deployed, configured and managed by our customers — pay-TV operators, broadcasters and content owners. CZ Play does not select, upload, host, curate or acquire content that is delivered through services built on our platform, and we do not operate the end-customer-facing streaming services themselves.
If you believe content delivered through a service that happens to run on CZ Play technology infringes your copyright, the fastest and most permanent resolution is usually to contact that service's operator or content publisher directly, as they control the catalog. Where that isn't possible, or where you believe the infringement relates directly to this website or software distributed by CZ Play, use the process below and we will investigate and respond.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted material has been used without authorization on this website, in our marketing materials, or through software directly distributed by CZ Play, please submit a notice using the details below or via our contact form (select "Report Copyright Infringement (DMCA)" as the topic).

Notice Requirements
To be effective, a notice of alleged infringement must be in writing and include substantially the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, and its location (e.g. a URL).
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Notices that do not substantially comply with these requirements may not receive a response.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the agent above containing: your contact information; identification of the material and its previous location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial body) and accepting service of process from the notifying party.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Where CZ Play operates accounts directly (such as this website or partner/reseller accounts on our platform), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated, verified infringement, in accordance with applicable law.
Third-Party Services
CZ Play licenses software to independent operators who run their own branded streaming services. We are not able to remove content from a third-party operator's live service on request, as we do not control their catalog or infrastructure credentials. We will forward valid notices to the relevant customer and may take further action consistent with our agreements with that customer and applicable law.
